Want to get rid of sticky transformations in the Inkscape SVG file? Try Fuse Transform extension to clean up your SVG.

Based on the Apply Transform extension by Mark "Klowner" Riedesel, this script recursively applies transformation to shapes.

Unlike the original extension, the translate transformation is applied to each leaf node by rebuilding their coordinates, while other transformations are applied as a matrix.

Having an option to Drop inapplicable transformations, you can fully exclude the transform attributes from your SVG file at the cost of losing the orientation and shape of objects while preserving their location.

Installation

To install Fuse Transform extension, download and unpack the archive file. Copy the files into the directory listed at Edit > Preferences > System: User extensions. After a restart of Inkscape, the new extension will be available.
